Overview

This website is operated by Casey's Custom Cockers (3C Paintball), Calhan, Colorado. Throughout the site, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Casey's Custom Cockers. By visiting the site, placing an order or sending us equipment for service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and Pricing

We do our best to show products, colors and finishes accurately. Anodizing, hydro-dipping and other custom finishes are done by hand, so colors and patterns vary from piece to piece and may look different from the photos. That variation is part of the product and isn't a defect.

Hand-made carbon fiber parts. Every 3C carbon fiber and forged carbon part is made by hand, one at a time. Each piece will have its own cosmetic marks, such as small blemishes, pinholes, resin variations, flake or weave irregularities, and uneven pattern. By ordering, you agree to buy the part as is, including these cosmetic characteristics. Cosmetic marks are not grounds for a return or warranty claim. Our warranty on these parts covers function only: if a part doesn't fit or work as intended, we'll make it right.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's been placed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or that come from resellers without a wholesale account. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Custom Work and Service

Special order items, custom builds, custom-built parts, machining, engraving, anodizing, hydro-dipping and other made-to-order work are built or ordered to your specifications and are final sale with no returns, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Repairs and service work are covered by our Repair & Service Terms.

Warranty work. All warranty work on our products and our service work must be done by 3C. Please contact us before attempting any fix yourself. We don't pay for, or reimburse, repairs done by anyone else, and outside repairs or modifications to the warrantied item void our warranty.

Safe Use and Assumption of Risk

Paintball markers and their parts are not toys. They must be used with approved eye and face protection, by people who know how to operate them safely, and in line with local laws and field rules. Always follow the marker manufacturer's instructions and air system ratings. By buying or using our products, you accept the risks that come with paintball and with installing or modifying marker parts.

Installing parts, changing settings, or modifying a marker may void the manufacturer's warranty. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except where a written warranty is stated on a product page or in our Repair & Service Terms, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Products from other brands are covered only by that manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Casey's Custom Cockers and its owners, employees and suppliers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from use of the site or our products. If we're found liable for a product failure, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the failed item. We'll decide whether to repair, replace or refund it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

All content on this site, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to Casey's Custom Cockers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or republish our content, or use our photos or designs, without written permission.
